Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel within 15 days prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges
No Show Policy:
If No Show occurs, the total stay fee will be charged.
Extra person Policy:
Extra person charge is for $10.00 USD per extra person in room.
Kids Policy:
Up to 11 years old children will be considered as minors. 12 year-old and older children will be charged as adults.
2 less than 12 year-old children can share room with 2 adults.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay one night taxes included at a similar hotel as long as the reservation has been paid in the Univisit portal
